Lobster is a program to calculate Crystal Orbital Hamilton Populations and projected densities of states from plane-wave density-functional theory data (see www.cohp.de for more information). The tutorial shows how to plot Lobster’s output files COHPCAR.lobster and DOSCAR.lobster with the help of the pymatgen library. Furthermore, it is shown how to evaluate the files ICOHPCAR.lobster and CHARGE.lobster. The tutorial is included in the collection of tutorials for pymatgen.
